Arsenal Aviation is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. Arsenal Aviation does not own or operate aircraft and is not in operational control of any aircraft.
All flights are operated by FAA-certificated U.S. direct air carriers (under 14 CFR Part 135 or Part 121) or properly licensed foreign direct air carriers, which hold the required DOT authority and exercise full operational control of each flight.
